NIRF

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) is a ranking system launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to assess and rank higher education institutions across the country. Introduced in 2015, NIRF evaluates institutions based on key parameters such as Teaching, Learning & Resources, Research & Professional Practices, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach & Inclusivity, and Perception. These rankings help students, parents, and policymakers make informed decisions regarding higher education. NIRF covers various categories, including universities, colleges, engineering, management, law, and medical institutions, among others. The rankings play a crucial role in promoting competition and improving the quality of education in India.
